I have known Richard Bart for many years, and I know his love for the city of San Angelo. He is a man with great morals, and would serve the council as he states! I am from San Angelo, lived in Austin, and currently live in Fort Worth,Tx. I wish that he were running for council here, so we could have a man with his beliefs helping our city!!
I'd like to know Mr. Bart's views on continuing to issue permits to build new houses in San Angelo when we don't have an assured water supply to support the ones we already have.
